Hello,

I have a nice unfurnished room available for rent in my updated townhome. It is in a quiet and charming neighborhood between Camelback Biltmore and Arcadia. Location is very convenient. Short walk to Starbucks, Sprouts, or bike ride to all the trendy spots in Biltmore or Arcadia. Everything seems only a few blocks or miles away. Downtown Phoenix is a 10 min drive, Old Town Scottsdale less than 10 min, Tempe Town Lake 15 minutes. Many hiking trails are close by including Camelback Mountain, South Mountain, Squaw Peak etc..

The Place: 3 bed/2.5 bath 1632 sq. ft. townhome. Open concept living area, kitchen and half bath, big patio with a storage room is on the first floor. 3 bedrooms and 2 baths are on the second floor. The bedroom available is with shared bath for rent for $895. No pets. Bedrooms unfurnished, common spaces furnished. Furniture will be different than in photos. Date available August 1st, flexible

Parking: assigned parking spots and plenty of unassigned parking is available in the front.
Utilities: electric and internet split 1/3. Owner pays for HOA and water

The townhome community is well taken care of, quiet and it includes a community pool and lots of grassy areas/trees.

I do ask for at least a 6 month lease, after that automatically continues month to month.
Refundable Security deposit 1 x first months rent.
Background check will be done through Zillow
3 references will be verified

About your potential roommates: both females, mid to late 20's, young professionals.

Qualities we are looking for in a roommate is someone who is nice, considerate, doesn't smoke, no house parties, no drugs, no excessive drinking, average clean level at least.

Southwest Human Development makes its home here supporting early childhood for much of Maricopa County. There’s no shortage of businesses around here. This area borders the more well to do Arcadia and Biltmore neighborhoods as well as the more decidedly homeless and drugee scene that runs South of Thomas Rd. It’s a typical Phoenix neighborhood otherwise."

    "traffic is heavy here at certain times of the day. 2pm to 6pm very busy. try not to go anywhere unless you have to. use glenrosa to 24th St to get on Indian school road. also take the same way back. alot easier that way."

    "Dogs are everywhere and most people are good dog owners. Every once in a while, someone will have their dog off leash that is not well-trained enough. But it’s rare. Also, at times there are coyotes about. Most of the time they run. Away from people, but I imagine owners with small dogs might feel a bit nervous to see one. "
