 Guests have full access to the entire home and private outdoor space.

Notes
 Please Note:
* Children with parents are welcome BUT note that the house is NOT child proofed in any way.
* There is no fence or gate between the back of house doors and the pool/jacuzzi. Please, watch your children closely in the pool, and swim at your own risk.

 Pool Heating:
* Pool heating can be hired for the whole stay: $150 for the first day then $100/day thereafter. Please inquire about extra fees if booking long (28+ night) stays;
* Hot tub heating only is $60/day;
* Pool heating when hired is limited to 84F;
* Pool does not need to be heated during the Summer months (June-August) it's usually 80F+ naturally;
* Hosts will not be able to provide any refunds for occasional non-working pool heating that occur during your stay but we will do our best to have it solved in a timely manner.
* Any tampering with or overriding of our settings will result in a complete loss of the amenity and security deposit forfeiture.
* Swim at your own risk; there is no lifeguard on duty.

EV Charging daily usage fee: $10/day

 NOISE and LOUD PARTY ORDINANCE:
The City of Phoenix has very strict Noise and Loud Party ordinances. Please make sure to review them under the House Rules section. Guests are responsible for any fines/citations/penalties received by host or owner if caused intentionally or negligently by guest or guests of guest.

Southwest Human Development makes its home here supporting early childhood for much of Maricopa County. There’s no shortage of businesses around here. This area borders the more well to do Arcadia and Biltmore neighborhoods as well as the more decidedly homeless and drugee scene that runs South of Thomas Rd. It’s a typical Phoenix neighborhood otherwise."

    "Dogs are everywhere and most people are good dog owners. Every once in a while, someone will have their dog off leash that is not well-trained enough. But it’s rare. Also, at times there are coyotes about. Most of the time they run. Away from people, but I imagine owners with small dogs might feel a bit nervous to see one. "
