This classy Tudor-style bungalow was built in 1928 and renovated to preserve as many of the original details as possible. All newer appliances including an extra large refrigerator with ice maker and exterior water dispenser, gas stove, microwave and dishwasher. The original hard wood floors were discovered under the carpet, were refinished, and are absolutely beautiful!! It has 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. There is a large kitchen with a separate dining room. You have to come see this charming home to realize all the love and work that went in to it. This home is not just a house to the owner. It is the beloved home of the Patriarch and Matriarch of the family. Many happy memories were made here. We hope to find a family that will love this home as much as we do

    "I dunno I haven’t attended any community events in my neighborhood. But Colcord has an excellent Halloween party every year; about 5 blocks are shut off to traffic, everyone decorates, there’s music, and it’s pretty neat."

    "People walk there dogs all the time but you have to tolerate the loud cars, speeding cars and extremely loud car sound systems. People set off fireworks when they are sold. People leave their dog’s tied up all day and night, regardless of weather. If you love animals, don’t move to Texas."
