Home has 3 BR's, 1 BA, with wood-burning fireplace in living room (has not been used recently). Updates include: air conditioner replaced in 2016, roof re-shingled in 2013, oil furnace replaced in 2010, vinyl siding and new windows installed in 2007. Hardwood floors under the carpet in living room, dining room, and bedrooms that need to be refinished. Wood floors in the rest of the house may not be hardwood. The workshop/garage does not have electricity but includes a carport and partial second floor with the potential for multiple uses. Note: Third bedroom is located across from laundry room and is very small, but is identified as BR with county and was used as such. Laundry area is unheated... floor in laundry area has leaked in the past and has not been repaired. As it is an older house, some repairs are needed. Being sold "As is".

    "Great friendly people . Always something to do down town. Live bands you can hear from the house. Breweries near by. Movie theatre. Down town Morganton does trick r treating and also the churches do trunk r treating. We have an actual witch that lives near by. There are dog parks that you can take your fury friend to. Several festivals near by. Firework display in parks and other town close by."
