Great entire property rental recently renovated 2 bedroom house, new appliances, with large yard, garage, basement and carport, The porch has views of Table Rock mountain with surrounding wooded lots.

A 12 month lease contract is required. Landlord provides appliance to include, washer, dryer, refrigerator, stove, and dishwasher. Renter is responsible for all utilities, no pets, no smoking indoors. First months rent and security deposit are due at signing. Renters have the option of continuing yard maintenance program at $50 per visit or maintain the lawn themselves. Landlord has the option to force place lawn maintenance program at tenants expense if property is not being well kept.

Down town Morganton does trick r treating and also the churches do trunk r treating. We have an actual witch that lives near by. There are dog parks that you can take your fury friend to. Several festivals near by. Firework display in parks and other town close by."
