Located in a very quiet surfing neighborhood with lots of privacy and tranquility.

It is a dog, bike and walking friendly community making it easy to meet people. Just a short bike ride and you are at Paradise Beach which has a year around lifeguard, white sand, a pavilion, restrooms, playground and food truck. "
