- Plenty of off parking in the driveway and garage.

-There is a new roof, AC, pool pump, sprinkler system, hurricane shutters/hurricane windows, luxury vinyl floors, etc.

Located in a very quiet surfing neighborhood with lots of privacy and tranquility.

Minimum 3 months and max 6 month lease at the posted price. Please note that jan to may are $6500/months.

Owner pays for garbage/recycling. renter pays for pool, lawn, internet, water and electric.

income requirement is 2.5 x the monthly rent; maximum 4 people.

1 small (40#) short coated adult dog accepted with monthly fee of $59/dog. Fees increase if dog falls outside these parameters.
