About this House

This very special unit occupies the second floor of a 3 story back house. It faces a large private courtyard behind a larger building that faces the street. I doesn't get quieter or more private than this! The unit has been recently renovated with hardwood floors and fresh paint. The layout is perfect, you enter into a large living room/kitchen area with a bar the kitchen has new appliances and there is a large closet, a short hallway leads into two bedrooms and a bathroom, the bathroom has subway tile lots of storage and a tub. Both bedrooms have closets, one is big enough to fit a full or queen sized bed and the other can fit up to a king with extra space for a desk etc. This is that rare apartment that has a special charm that's almost impossible to find!
