The home is in great condition with substantial upgrades including flooring, baseboards/crown, countertops, carpet, paint, and features a voluminous open to below formal great room, separate dining room, large kitchen with casual dining area, living room with fireplace, 4 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, and lush landscaped outdoor space for relaxation.

Seeking long-term stable tenant(s). Tenant cleanliness is a mandatory characteristic. Tenants are expected to keep the condition of the property intact. Referrals from past landlords and employers will be required as part of the screening process. There is no smoking inside the home and no long-term street parking. Minimum lease is 2 years.

HOA amenity access and gardener costs are included in the lease. Tenant is responsible for utilities/internet/etc.

The existing tenants will be out on 8/31/25. The desired lease start date is 9/1/25. Property tours will be planned around the existing tenant's schedule. Please do attempt to tour the property without a scheduled appointment.
