The 1100 sq. ft. unit is large, airy and bright. In the kitchen, the owners have installed a Fisher-Paykel drawer style dishwasher. A large refrigerator with a filter icemaker is in place. The O'Keefe and Merritt 1950's era stove and oven is fully restored. There is a laundry room in the unit with a very nice Maytag stackable washer and dryer and instant on hot water heater. The front room and the dining blend together, wonderfully! A small office space is set off to the side of the front room . Internet is in place. A large flat screen television and stereo components are placed in the living. The bedroom is large, cozy and beautifully furnished, with a walk-in closet. There is a queen-sized bed. The room overlooks a beautiful back yard.

This is a perfect living space for a visiting professor/educator at CSULB, or a physician on temporary assignment or doing locums at one of the many medical centers in our area.

3 Month Minimum short term lease, month to month thereafter. $2500/mo fully furnished including utilities, $1700/mo not furnished. No smoking or pets allowed. Credit check required.
