This cottage has it all in one small package: newer paint, flooring, furnishings, linens, kitchenware. The living-dining room has all new furniture. The bedroom has a queen sized bed and a 2nd TV. The 3/4 bathroom has a beautiful walk in shower, vanity and stackable washer-dryer.

Please call about availability. Rental rate changes with the seasons. All utilities provided including Internet/WiFi.

The property boasts a good sized shared yard, where you can grill dinner and enjoy the outdoors. Park in front of your door. No steps.

Great retreat for guests looking for a longer stay. Short walk to downtown Sequim.

Application fee is $50 per adult. $75 lease prep fee. Section 8: Housing Assistance Accepted but rental term is for less than 6 months, as this is a summer home. We do NOT accept portable applications (something that is obtained outside of the company). A complete application means: you've seen the unit, submitted the application and paid the fee.     "This area is a fairly quiet place to live. The area is far enough away from downtown to not be congested, but close enough to be convenient to all major shopping on Washington ST. There is a local neighborhood park nearby, and although Fifth Ave is used as a shortcut to Sequim AVE, it's manageable. Really, this area is okay for anyone, but they should be open minded for young families and/or families with young children as the area seems to have quite a few."
