Parking for up to 3 vehicles maximum between the back of the house and the shipping container separating 2732 from the back unit (2730) currently occupied by very quiet tenants. The shipping container can serve as your storage unit if you provide the lock.

Water and trash are included in the rent. There is a large front and side yard adjacent to the house, along with a small grove of cypress trees that provide shade and privacy for the front yard.

Nearest cross streets are San Gabriel Blvd. and Garvey Ave. Property is within walking distance of Great Wall Market Plaza, Starbucks, CVS, and other small retailers. Metro 70 and 770 bus stop within brief walking distance. Small park with walking track less than .5 miles away to the south.

Owner doesn't live locally, but the property manager lives less than a mile away off-site.

    "the unique thing about this neighborhood is the people everyone has is unique in their own little way and the parks are really good we have a dog park we have the big Park Garvey Park has some the slide water slide in in in Liverpool there's a lot of parks in beautiful if stores are close by and walking distance and they have fire department just down the street drug store right there two little stores here and there and I mean it's all you would have to live here to see it"
