Description

Parents of a young man who lives in a local group home seek roommate in spacious 2 bdrm condo in Marlboro. One of us comes in about one weekend per month to stay at the condo and visit our son at his group home (he will not be at the condo on weekends). The rest of the time it is all yours! It is 930 sq. ft. and completely furnished but if you have your own bedroom furniture, we can talk about getting rid of the furniture second bedroom. The common area is also furnished. We are quiet and respectful when there. Once per year at Christmas there are 3-4 people in for several (4-6) days and we will notify in advance which days we are coming, as we will for each visit. 2 bdrm/1 bath. Need your own wifi if you wish to have it. Designated parking, locked entrances, convenient location on Rt. 20 E. We seek to rent to a quiet, mature person.

Once a month, there we will be staying in the 2nd bedroom of the condo to visit with our son. The rest of the time, you'll have it to yourself. We will provide notice prior to coming for visits. During Christmas, we also come for 4-6 days and there will usually be 3-4 people.

We will try to be respectful of your space and time, by giving notice.

"Family friendly with many of its residents being from the area, or living in the neighborhood for a while. Neighbors are always friendly, and this area is great for raising a family. With an elementary school down the street, it’s also an easy drop-off location for parents. The education system in the area is top-notch, and children will be quite successful in their academics. "
