Jaworek School is a great place filled with staff that do whatever is necessary for their students.
Posted by a principal on 9/20/2019Not very good at all. I can never seem to get responses from emails i send to the school. Its frustrating not getting answers to what is really going on with ur child.
Posted by a parent on 5/3/2019Some teachers are really great, for instance the kindergarten teachers. I find my daughters first grade teacher a bit of a whiner. Every time I talk to her the focus is on how many kids she has with no help.

NAGreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageIn my opinion the teachers are doing an excellent job. It is hard and a lot of work but teachers are fair and care for your children. However I do not like the community at all. In all those years I have never felt welcome by other families. There is this "Elite" that sticks together and completely ignores anyone else. IC offers gatherings for fundraiser purposes but when you show up nobody even looks at you. I feel more welcome at my gym then at my children's school! The retirement of the principal was long overdue, same goes for some of the teachers (art and music is a very sad subject at this school!) If you are looking for excellent education for your children (but not in music or art) this is the right school - if you are trying to be a member of the community you might be lucky and meet the right person but I wouldn't count on it! Also keep in mind the class sizes are not always small. Sometimes they cramp up to 24 children in one class but then with two teachers.Parent Review11y ago
