Additional Information
My boyfriend and I live in the main house with our three dogs, so the tenant should be comfortable with dogs on the property (those with severe dog allergies may not be a good fit). Pets are not permitted in the ADU (no exceptions) and the tenant will not have access to the main house or backyard.

We're not looking to rent the unit to the first applicant. We're looking for the right tenant. Ideally, someone who is responsible, respectful, communicates well, pays rent on time, and will take pride in keeping the space clean and well maintained.
