I am seeking one female roommate to share my quiet, owner-occupied home. The kitchen, living room, and other common areas will be shared.

The unfurnished private bedroom measures approximately 9' x 9.5' and includes a private bathroom. The recently renovated, single-level home has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and approximately 1,150 square feet.

You would be the only roommate sharing the home with me. I work long hours and am generally away during the day, making this a quiet, comfortable living environment with plenty of privacy.

The third bedroom may be used as a shared office or additional storage space. It currently contains a desk and a few of my belongings, but I rarely use the room.
