About this House

We are renting our own, fully furnished, home during our sabbatical leave from the University of Arizona. It was built in 1951, and located in the Sam Hughes historic neighborhood. We are offering it on a short term lease (Jan. 15-June 15, 2026). There are 2 bedrooms with beds (king size and full size); and a 3rd bedroom, with no bed, can be used for office. Fully equipped kitchen, linens etc, ready to move in. Cute playhouse in backyard. Walking distance to restaurants, exercise studios, and coffee shops. No multiple leases. References required.

The rental price includes water and gas
( within range of last year). A 5hr monthly cleaning service with pre established individual is also included. Electricity is not included. Great deviations from water and gas of last year will be covered by tenant. No multiple leases. Ideal for family (with playhouse in the back yard), or professionals.
