About this House

This home is in a very quiet neighborhood and less than five minutes to RiverBend Hospital. The long driveway and landscaping offer additional privacy.

The master bedroom was recently renovated and includes new luxury vinyl flooring, tiled shower and bath, Toto washlet toilet, and a deep copper soaking tub. It also has a dedicated side entrance. The exterior was also freshly painted this year.

The dining room and family room have cork flooring, which provides added softness, noise insulation, and warmth. The main living room and hallway have original oak hardwood floors that have been professionally refinished.

The kitchen and second bathroom have new quartz counters and sinks. The second bathroom also has a new Toto toilet. The kitchen backsplash is professionally tiled. The island counter has new solid wood slab. The kitchen has a new Samsung fridge that includes a built-in water filter. The stove is a standard electric stove and is about five years old. The dishwasher is a new Bosch dishwasher and is fantastic at washing dishes.

The three other bedrooms are located on the north side of the house. Two of the rooms are carpeted and the third, larger room can be carpeted upon request. The larger room has built-in cabinets for clothing and storage.

The front yard has a large tree that provides summer shade throughout the day and is surrounded by low-maintenance Oregon native plants and drought-tolerant perennials. Nothing needs to be watered unless you prefer a greener lawn. The shade tree keeps the lawn green for most of the summer. There are three raised beds (two narrow beds in the front and three wider beds in the back) for home gardening. There are mature fruit trees (plum, persimmon, pears, cherry) and grapevine (seedless green grapes).

The garage has a new washer and dryer and a water softening system in place for the house. The water heater is an energy-efficient heat pump water heater, which keeps the garage cool and dry.

There is ceiling heat and a wood stove plus an additional fireplace (one living room has a wood stove and the other has a fireplace). There is no a/c but units can be placed in the windows.

Electric is through SUB and water is through Rainbow Water. This property is on septic, which means your water bill is much lower.

Renter is responsible for water, electric, and garbage service. No smoking in the house. 6-month lease at signing. Tenant responsible for mowing lawn.

Lots of grass along the way for your dog to relieve himself. Most people are decent enough to clean it up. The path ends up over near a river and a new path that runs another direction along nature area with wildlife for your dog to bark at. "
