Very conveniently located to all your needs. Blocks from Costco, Walmart, Jewel-Osco, Fresh Thyme Market, Target, LA Fitness, Planet Fitness, Midtown Athletic Club, PetSmart, tons of shopping and fast food options and more!

All rooms are spacious with ample closets. Master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with marble countertop and his and hers sinks, with jacuzzi tub and separate standing shower with seated nook. 3rd br opens to balcony with double-glass doors.

In-unit laundry, Kitchen has marble countertops and newer appliances including dishwasher and microwave.

Rear parking available for an extra fee. Landlord on premises for responsive maintenance.

Pets allowed on a case by case basis.

Looking to do a 13 or 14 month lease (end of April or May next year).

Owner pays water. Tenant pays electric and gas. First and last month's rent plus move-in fee due at signing. Parking space available for an additional $100/month. No smoking inside. We are pet friendly, but pets on a case by case basis.
