Classic Spanish Bungalo built in 1926. Home is on quiet street with long uphill driveway and large front lawn. Home has dining area and living area separated by large open archway. Living room has two main windows with arched fanlight windows. Oak floors throughout. Fireplace has room heating wood burning insert. New washer/dryer, oven, and refrigerator. Kitchen, mud room and bathroom floors are tiled. One car garage. Bathroom has tub. Some lighting fixtures are original. Lawn and shrub care included (water is paid by tenant). Furnace, oven, and water heater on gas. Secluded back yard. Two blocks from stores, restaurants, and Hiway 94. One block from bus line.

Renter is responsible for all utilities which includes lawn irrigation. Lease is required for one year. A new lease is required for each year. Rents are due on the 1st of the month. A late fee is applied to rent if past due past five days. Smoking is recomended outside of the home or special cleaning fees could apply.

Parking can be a hassle and there is a noticeable increase in the homeless population...but this is not uncommon in most major cities.
