Excellent location of house on Main St. Walking distance to Target, Costco, Park, Restaurants, Grocery Stores, Retail Shops, Coffee/Tea Shops and Alhambra Hospital. A short drive to Almansor Park, CSULA, Downtown LA, Old Town Pasadena, Freeways 10, 110 and 710.

There's a laundromat across the street. Bus Line 78 is a few steps away.

The room comes with private bathroom. There is a small fridge and microwave; no stove or cooking allowed. 2 ceiling fans. No on-site parking. Street parking nearby. Talk to City of Alhambra regarding street parking permit.

    "I’ve lived in this neighborhood for 6 years. It’s pretty quiet and it seems most people like to keep to themselves and not cause a ruckus. I run around 8-9pm in the dark and generally feel pretty safe. The thing you most likely have to lookout for are the coyotes. Other than that, I enjoy living in the neighborhood and it seems like it’s safe enough that parents don’t mind letting their kids out to play."
