The master bedroom has a desk and chair for a cozy workspace.

Modern kitchen with stainless steel appliances, dishwasher, large refrigerator, gas stove, and breakfast nook. The kitchen is fully equipped with cooking gear, utensils, and a Keurig with a fully stocked coffee bar.

Full bathroom with bathtub/shower combo. Fully stocked with fresh towels, shampoo, conditioner, soap, and hairdryer.

Laundry room with NEW full-size washer and dryer.

HUGE fully fenced backyard that provides plenty of privacy and comfort.

Driveway will accommodate 2 cars, but there is also street parking in the front.

Electronic backdoor entrance.

Lease Terms:

Owner pays for trash, water, WiFi, landscaping and up to 300 per month in electric and gas

Certain dog breeds may not be allowed depending on the home insurance policy.

Cats not permitted

90-day leases with the option for month-to-month thereafter.
