House Features: The house is a modern, 3 bed, 2.5 bath single-family home (1772 sqft) located in a quiet and friendly private community. We have a shared kitchen with updated appliances, in-unit laundry (washer and dryer), central AC (heating and cooling), and a comfortable, fully furnished common area. A downstairs office space is also available if you prefer to work from home. The home is conveniently located with easy access to major freeways (I-880, I-680, and CA-237), making it a great location for commuters. The area is also close to grocery stores, restaurants, parks, and the Milpitas BART station.

Amenities: Access to the community swimming pool and hot tub, two half basketball courts, and two tennis courts.

Lease Details:
Move-in date: September 1, 2025
Lease term: 1-year lease, converting to a month-to-month lease afterward.
Security Deposit: One month's rent
Utilities: Utilities (water, gas, electricity, internet) will be shared among housemates.

About Us:
Room 1: T (26, M) & L (27, F): Partners in Crime, T&L are the perfect combo of nerd and geek. T is a mechanical engineer working in tech and has been living in the house for a year. He is originally a San Jose native and enjoys pickle ball, board games, and building robots. L recently moved into the house in May. L works as a therapist at a school. In her free time, L loves to paint, play video games, and cook
Room 2: A (26, M): Also a mechanical engineer who enjoys building robots. When he's not in the lab, he enjoys looking for reptiles out in nature and playing video games with friends.
Room 3: YOU

Looking For: We are seeking a clean, responsible individual who is respectful of shared living spaces. We want to maintain a peaceful and welcoming environment for everyone in the house. No pets or smoking allowed.

Pets are generally allowed as visitors! (but not on the furniture please). No smoking or vaping is allowed in the house. Expect to share chore responsibilities!
