Our condo features 2 bedrooms (one master with en-suite), plus 3rd loft bedroom, 2 full bathrooms, full kitchen, dining room with a large table, living room, entertainment center, vaulted wood-paneled ceilings, large stone wood-burning fireplace, and a balcony with views. The condo sleeps and seats 10 people comfortably, and is suitable for children. It's fully furnished including kitchen essentials (fridge, oven, stove, microwave, toaster, kettle, dishwasher, dishware, cookware, utensils) and linens (bedding, sheets, pillows, towels). Washer and dryer in locked room for four building tenants. Utilities included (water, gas, and Wi-Fi internet). The unit is on the top floor and comes with one garage parking spot, plus off-street parking, a shared laundry room, exercise room, and hot tub. The condo is located 1 minute from Winter Park town, and 5 minutes from Winter Park Resort.

Our mountain condo has a wood cabin feel, and is a great escape from the urban cities this spring, summer, and fall. It's located extremely close to hiking trails, river rafting, kayaking, over 600 miles of mountain biking trails (with lift service), fishing, golfing, horseback riding, zip-lining, summer tubing, the alpine slide, and many more activities located at Winter Park Resort and local recreation centers.

No smoking and no pets allowed. The first and last month's rent, plus security deposit, due with lease agreement. Flexible term (available up to 12 months). Some utilities and parking included.
Applicant has the right to provide the landlord with a Portable Tenant Screening Report (PTSR), as defined in §38-12-902(2.5), Colorado Revised Statutes; and 2) if Applicant provides the landlord with a PTSR, the landlord is prohibited from: a) charging Applicant a rental application fee; or b) charging Applicant a fee for the landlord to access or use the PTSR. The landlord may limit acceptance of PTSRs to those that are not more than 30 days old. Confirm PTSR requirements directly with the landlord.
