  • chazrap
"We live in this area and it is clearly one of the best neighborhoods in metro Denver. Close to all major highways, downtown, sports arena's and the Highland neighborhoods which is teaming with restaurants/nightlife. Also close to Belmar community which contains shopping and retail, along with Denver West. Once mixed use space is created in the old St. Anthony Hospital is completed, area should be one of the most desirable in the metro."
  • A
"This is such a great area (I miss it)! You can walk to all the wonderful shops and restaurants on 32nd & Lowell, take a daily run around the lake, enjoy the newly renovated park. There is easy access to multiple bike trails, the funky Tennyson area and downtown Denver. There is an incredible neighborhood association as well as wonderful neighbors! Dog friendly, people friendly and just outside the typical Denver gridlock. Quick access to the mountains as well"
  • Bbullen
"The amenities of Sloan's Lake include two sets of playgrounds, 2 sets of Tennis courts all connected by a 2.4 mile path along the lake. Recently upgraded lake facilities make this an area that sees people of all ages engaging in outdoor activity, year round such as the Dragon Boat Festival, Denver Marathon, etc.... There is plenty of shopping, restaurants, nightlife within walking distance. Short bike ride or drive to 32nd avenue opens up more opportunity. Bronco fan?, walk or ride your bike to the game. Enjoy downtown Denver?, it is minutes from your doorstep either by bike or car. Take advantage of biking the Platte River of Cherry Creek trail after coffee at REI. . This area is incredible with access to the urban core or the high country."
