    "Great place to grow a family. Very good school, next to the ferry for easy commute to San Francisco. Open spaces, super safe. Easy parking and friendly community."

    "Pros: lovely and plentiful lawns and paths to walk around. Most pet owners are cordial and friendly. Wide variety of dogs to make friends with. Houses are big enough for large dogs. Cons: in my opinion, there aren’t enough trash cans for waste disposal among the residences; the vast majority are on the major thoroughfares next to bus-stops. Also - there is the occasional pet owner who can get a bit squeamish around certain larger dog breeds, but this is seldom."

Throw in the fact that we're just a 25-30 minute ferry ride to downtown SF, it's a perfect location with low crime and awesome public schools."
