Description

In the heart of East Kensington on a spacious side street, sits 2655 Braddock St a 2 bedroom, 2 full bath row home that delivers on modern amenities and massive outdoor space. As you enter the home you’ll notice its East/West orientation floods each floor with light from front to back, and offers high ceilings, hardwood floors and recessed lighting throughout. The living room sits at the font of the home and is both well proportioned and comfortable, perfect for cozying up in front of the television or with a good book. The center staircase layout creates separation with the back of the house without losing an open and airy feel. This is where you’ll find the first full bath, a flex space (great for custom storage of your favorite books/records), and open kitchen and dining. The kitchen is bright with its two large windows, white shaker cabinets, granite countertops, and plenty of counter space. Off the kitchen, prepare to be surprised by the terrific outdoor patio and deck. It’s the perfect retreat from city life while you’ll find space for endless furniture, bbq and gardening configurations - let your imagination run wild! The second floor is where you’ll find two evenly proportioned bedrooms, a continuation of natural light, wood flooring and fans in each room. Both bedrooms easily lend themselves to the primary, while the back bedroom offers an en-suite full bath with white subway tile, shower/tub combo and linen coset. What a wonderful home, close to all of the local coffee shops, bars and restaurants that make the Frankford Ave corridor so desirable, with easy access to the Market Frankford Line and I95.

"Not enough convenience stores. There's only one called Quick Stop and it's terrible. Food, service and safety are horrible at this store. There is only one safe park to go to in this area which is Conrad Square Park and the pizza places are lousy including Pizza Brain which is too high priced. No laundromats close by and there used to be two of them on Frankford ave in this area. I lived here my whole life and this area has gone downhill and the "New" restaurant up the street "The Pickled Heron" is ridiculous with prices that are very un affordable!! These places belong in Center City not in a neighborhood where people work hard for their money and deserve better!!"

"Great new and trendy neighborhood with excellent transportation to the city!!! Also, lots of Green homes in the area and of course great nightlife on the Frankford Corridor. This area is the new northern Liberties at half the cost."
