Quick access to Scottsdale and airport. This is our personal home we are just taking off for the summer to Utah.

Rent is $2,000/month (plus SRP electric). Looking for a 4 6 month lease starting around March 2026. $2,500 refundable security deposit. $500 of the $2500 is a non-refundable cleaning fee due at signing. Includes water, sewer, trash, internet, pest control, and lawn care. Owner will share the monthly SRP bill and tenant reimburses within 5 days. Fully furnished home; one bedroom will remain locked for owner storage. Limited client visits allowed (no employees, retail sales, signage, or excessive traffic). No pets.

Everything is in the long stretch of road that I live on that I would need from day to day. I love this area simply because it has gotten better and its not perfect but its getting better. I love to sit outside and drink my coffee in the morning looking at the hills covered with cactus. Today we had a roadrunner in the back yard, and often have rabbits and quail. Where can you see that?"
