Hello!

This is a room for rent with a private entrance, private bathroom, and private walk in closet. The room will come unfurnished. The computer, chair, and monitors will not be in the room during tenants move in. The walk in closet will be cleared prior to tenant move in.

Door that leads to the hallway will remain closed and locked at all times

A parking spot in the driveway is included
Utilities are included in the rent and fiber wifi + ethernet will be provided :) The unit has its own separate mini split AC unit

Shared kitchen with one other female, my mother (persons living at the house)
