This apartment has 10' ceilings in the living and dining room area as well as the bedroom. There is track lighting and built-in book cases in the living room and luxury plank faux wood flooring. The galley style kitchen includes a range and refrigerator. The bathroom has a full tub and shower with subway tiles on the walls. There is also a vanity and medicine cabinet and linoleum flooring. The bedroom has a double closet with sliding doors. There are nice large windows in the living room bringing in lots of natural sunlight. The owner includes a window a/c unit. There is a coin operated laundry room in the adjoining building that can be used for laundry. Plenty of off street parking. There is a keyed entry door and shared hallway to get to the apartment which has a separate keyed entry. Very quiet and secure.

Very close to Kings Park and what we call the dog park which I think is actually named Bella Grove, right on the corner of Green St and Bond St. "
