6/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageWe relocated to Jefferson in 2012 after a bad experience with our last school district. We were not sure what to expect coming in but this school is amazing! The Principal is very kind, friendly and commited to taking care of any concerns parents may have. Words cannot express how amazing all the teaching staff are. I don't have any complaints with any of them. I have a child with an IEP and they have worked closely with me to ensure that my Childs educational needs are being met. After our previous bad experience Jefferson was a breath of relief! So glad to have found such a terrific school where my kids are comfortable and all there teachers are so wonderful! Thank you Jefferson Staff for providing our family with a truly awesome school experience. My eldest often tells me I wish we had just started school in Jefferson! 7/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageMy child was nerves at the start of the year. That has all changed for the Teachers at this school are amazing! They are so nice and kind and will help in any way they can. The office staff is really great and very helpful! The Band, Orchestra and choir are the best any one could hope for! Keep up the good work!!!! The only thing wrong that I found is the principal needs to learn that he is in the spot light at all times and that the kids look up to him for there choices in life! "Safe quiet neighborhood with dog park and playground park nearby. Plenty of sidewalks for walking. A good mixture of kids at different ages plus older adults. We can see fireworks display from our back deck! "
