Room Description

Spacious room for rent, on the top floor of the house, including the share of Kitchen, Family room (TV room), Livingroom, Dining room, Breakfast room, Patios.
Single person $1200 per month Each additional person $200 per month. Use of utilities, proportionally shared per each tenant. In essence. if there are 5 people living in the house, it will be 1/5 for each person, 6 people 1/6th and so on.

No smoking allowed inside the house. Utilities are shared based upon the residents on a percentage bases. The lower apartment with 3 bedrooms and 1 bath pays 50% the upper area will share the other 50% based upon the number of residents in the upper area of the building. One person living in the upper portion will pay the 50% of utilities 2 people will pay 25% each, 3 people will pay 17% bills, if there are 4 tenants it will be 12.5% of the bills each.
Everyone is to pay the first month rent and a refundable deposit in the amount of one month rent before moving in.
No pets of any kind are allowed within the premises. including outside in the yard.
