The only thing I can say negatively is there’s ALOT of stray cats that climb all over our cars and do their business in our yards. "

    "I think there’s some sections In Poinciana there a little older like 2530 years old where the properties need to be better kept. But you get a good bank for the buck in this area in terms of rent or even housing prices. The infrastructure has not been able to keep up with the rate of development with apartments and condos around here so traffic is just the worst."
