Absolutely no smoking no vaping allowed. Casual drinking but no getting drunk. No drug use what so ever. Guests are okay to visit as long as respectful of home. One overnight guest okay as long as respectful and quiet. Must be clean and tidy. Can buy and prepare food separately. I don't mind cooking for roommate as long as they pitch in on groceries. Help with taking out trash and keeping house clean. Can use washer and dryer.
