- Taking over lease for current housemate who is moving to be closer to Denver. Lease ends 8/31/2026 (with the option to stay longer). Subleasing possible in emergencies.

- Rent $1263 per month + utilities about $55 per month (Electric, Internet)
- Deposit is 1mo rent
- Dogs are currently disallowed. Cats are okay with a small deposit and monthly pet fee.
