Thank you for your interest in one of our properties. If you have any further questions, please call Susan Stallings, property manager, at 901-628-0983. **To qualify you need $2000 a month income for houses from $500 to $650 per month. Houses $675 and up need $2400 income. Your deposit will generally be $350 to $500 UNLESS YOU HAVE A BANKRUPTCY OR EVICTION. THEN IT WILL BE $1200. If you admit to a bankruptcy or eviction, there is no application fee. If you say you do not have a bankruptcy or eviction then there is a $30 application fee that we use to look for bankruptcy and evictions only. Other forms of bad credit are ok. It usually takes only 2 to 24 hours to give approval! We can do applications by email and text. The $30 application fee can be paid by credit or debit card over the phone. The office is at my auto parts business which is called Body Panels Co 2282 Whitten Rd Memphis, TN 38133 It is near Bartlett. We are open Monday - Friday 8:30am till 5:00pm for all other services.

    "There is nothing but trash and broken glass all around the complex but especially on the walk outside of the gates. If you want to get to a good walking neighborhood, your dog needs shoes. Also, no one picks up after their pet here and the management doesn't have any waste stations despite charging a lot to have pets here."
