About this House

Single room available with shared bath in 3br/2ba house near the biltmore/arcadia area. We are two young professionals (mid 20s males) looking for a 3rd roommate with similar lifestyle. The house was recently remodeled and is in a great up and coming area with walkable bars/restaurants and parks, near major freeways 51, 10 and 202, and 10 minute drive to airport/downtown phoenix/ old town scottsdale.

Rent is $900 a month (6 month lease) and includes a private room and bathroom shared with one other person. Refundable security deposit of 1 months rent due at lease signing, proof of renters insurance is also required at lease signing. Rent includes Water/Trash and Landscaping. Electric ($20-75 per person per month) and Wifi($20 per person per month) will be additional costs split between the 3 tenants. Gated parking and Washer/Dryer is also available.

Common living spaces are partially furnished and there may be room if you have furniture you'd like to bring. Well behaved dogs and cats are allowed for an additional pet deposit.

Southwest Human Development makes its home here supporting early childhood for much of Maricopa County. There’s no shortage of businesses around here. This area borders the more well to do Arcadia and Biltmore neighborhoods as well as the more decidedly homeless and drugee scene that runs South of Thomas Rd. It’s a typical Phoenix neighborhood otherwise."

Also, at times there are coyotes about. Most of the time they run. Away from people, but I imagine owners with small dogs might feel a bit nervous to see one. "
