  • Dan F
"There are Drugs, there are homeless, a lot of trash on the streets…. It is not safe at all!!! Ugly neighborhoods"
  • V7f6j7rdmm
"Unbothered, I see a lot of my neighbors walk their dogs in the mornings and evenings. Kids going to school feels safe theirs always someone outside watching them go and back from school"
  • Alejandra
"The sun valley area I live in right now… it’s not bad. However, the my neighbor is a gate community whit makes it safe. I’m not planning on living here for so long but this place is safe and quiet."
  • Alejandra
"I live in one of the nicest areas of Sun valley and it’s safe and peaceful. However the neighborhood has not a good reputation. The area needs many improvements but besides that… it’s a decent place to live."
  • Jacque H.
"we don't have any. we have the occasional yard sale but no actual events for the community. I live in a quieter smaller area "
  • Dillydilly H.
"It’s a fairly good area. They have been working on the main Blvd and built new school. There is a park and community pool. "
  • Karri H.
"All the loose dogs running around. People don’t keep their dogs in their yard like they should. Or all the dogs barking at night"
  • Jennycordova258
"We have community yard sales and on my street we all give one another treats on holidays. If you are a lovely neighbor your neighbors will also be lovely. Also this is in regards to the Highland Ranch community."
  • Seeleyclan3
"Everyone in the neighborhood has pets. This is definitely a animal friendly area!! You are able to walk your dogs and everyone is aware to watch for them.."
  • Jenn R.
"I have no idea you never hear about anything that happens except crime or fires. Most people don’t talk to others. "
  • Sarah R.
"how some people just let there dogs run wild and not care that the dogs are out. some may like how the dogs are allowed to play in the parks "
  • Ketzia1994
"people have dogs but complain about the dogs. expect to always see the dog catcher around here and get constant reports filed against you from other neighbors who dont like your dog for whatever reason. "
  • Janice V. P.
"A block to catch the Bus, if needed. I drive to work takes about 15 minutes. Traffic gets busy at normal times = 7-9 in mornings & 4-6 in evenings. "
  • Ketzia1994
"there are plenty of bus stops. everyone ha a car but really I hate living here it's just one giant trailer park. cheap to live here though, funny thing is it's harder to buy a crappy mobile here than to buy a somewhat decent home that's way to expensive to afford. go figure. "
  • Sheyenne S.
"I’ve only lived here for about 2 months. But everything is close by and walking distance which is really nice. But the roads aren’t that great."
  • Dillydil H.
"Peaceful clean, neighborhood is safe. My neighbors are nice. Property lots are large and happy no HOA "
  • Scottrrhatch1
"I've lived in this neighborhood for 3 years the neighbors are friendly and are quite almost every night every once and awhile there is a party but its never to load after 10 p.m."
  • Keith
"it's nice just a lot of Mexican parties during the spring and summer but overall it's cheap and everything is accessible"
  • dteller
"I live here and love it here! Very tight knit cul-de-sac of neighbors, beautiful homes, pride in ownership. The area has a reputation for the trailer homes in Sun Valley this is a newer sub-division and is above those older dwellings. A great place to live!"
