About this House

What's unique:Two-car garageLakefront home

This lakefront home will be available for tenant occupancy beginning May 2026 and features three bedrooms and two bathrooms on the main level, with an additional living area and full bathroom on the lower level. The lower level also includes a laundry room and two-car garage. Enjoy relaxing lake views from the enclosed sunroom and convenient access to nearby recreational amenities, including walking distance to Sertoma Field.
Boat access to the lake is not permitted. Tenant is responsible for utilities, yard maintenance, routine home maintenance, and pest control. Smoking and pets are not allowed.
Preferred lease term is 12 months at $2,500 per month. Shorter lease terms may be considered at an increased rental rate of $3,000 per month with a minimum 6-month lease required. This lease may be extended for long-term occupancy.
Applications must be submitted through Zillow Rental Manager prior to scheduling showings. All applications are subject to landlord review. Criminal, employment, and credit background checks will be performed.
