About this House

First floor unit with large front porch and extra-large rear deck overlooking the Black River in a park-like setting. Room for office as well as eat-in kitchen area and adjacent laundry room including washer and dryer. Forced air gas heating with central air. Off street parking. Landlord resides on site and maintains lawn care and snow removal and all necessary repair work. Age 50 Plus Preferred.

Lease terms are one year with rent payment due the first of the month. One month security deposit. Owner pays water, sanitary sewer, storm sewer and trash collection fee. Tenant is responsible for electric and gas usage. No smoking or pets allowed. Tenant to keep unit clean and attractive. No more than one tenant to reside in unit. Owner provides mini-blinds and curtains, range and refrigerator, washer and dryer. Rental insurance policy is highly recommended. Rental late fees are $10.00 per day after third day. $50.00 return check fee applied. Owner does all maintenance.
