Rental late fees are $10.00 per day after third day. $50.00 return check fee applied. Owner does all maintenance.

The street is about 3 minutes to the community college and close to the highway to Cleveland, about 25 minutes away. We love our neighborhood so much we recently bought a ranch home up the street."
