Description

Before you is the best home for the price in the valley. We have completely renovated it, all renovations inside and out have been done with plans and permits through Springville City.

On the outside of the home, all exterior siding, soffit fascia, framing and shingles are brand new. The yard is huge a .26 acres lot with a dog kennel. The garage is a two car deep garage with a seperate garage door out the back to drive through to the back yard. The backyard also has a huge, beautiful covered porch for BBQ's, party;s or just enjoying the evening. The front porch is likewise big and nice.

Now to the inside: All plumbing has been redone to code with pex lines and abs drains. We added a master bathroom as well. Likewise all the electrical is redone to code with new wiring, all new fixtures, can lighting in kitchen and basement. The furnace is 90% efficient furnace and the a/c is freshly charged up and tuned. The home also has a 50 gallon water heater. One the exterior walls and ceiling we blew in insulation, giving the exterior an R-15 rating, and the attic an r-38. All windows, are now vinyl energy efficient windows.

The upstairs feature 9' ceilings, and all flooring, paint, drywall, trim, doors, plugs and switches are new, The closets in the bedrooms all have custom shelving designs to utilize space and storage. All carpet is nylon, and there is beautiful Laminate plank flooring throughout the upstairs family, breakfast, kitchen and hallways. All bathrooms and laundry are tile floors.

The Upstairs Kitchen features new knotty alder cabinets, granite countertops and new sink and faucet. The downstairs kitchen has new painted white cabinets with new sink and faucet too. All 3 bathrooms have new vanities, tile, countertops and sinks. The upstairs bath also has a new bathtub. The upstairs has 3 beds and 2 baths and roughly 1300 sq ft.

The downstairs is it's own accessory apartment with a separate kitchen, laundry, big family room with theater room, walk-out, and big 1 bed and big 1 ful bath. The downstairs has likewise been totally remodeled. This unit would rent for at least $600 if someone wanted to live upstairs and rent out the basement.

The home is simply beaufiful with a really cool old-school style, but totally modern finish. I will have more pics as soon as possible, but feel free to call and walk-through, this house WILL NOT LAST at this price.
