This apartment is available mid July! Rent is $2100 a month with a separate utility charge of $175 that includes water, sewage, trash, and gas and High-speed internet. Tenant pays electric separately. The application fee is $45 per person with the deposit of $800 pending approval. The deposit subject to change pending results of background check.

We are PET FRIENDLY! Pet rent is $35/month with a $300 refundable pet deposit.

To qualify with us here at RIO you must make twice the amount of rent per month, have good established credit (min 2 open lines of credit in good standings), no collections, no Rental Debt, no Evictions, and have a clean background check. We do not approve applicants by credit score. All applications are put into a specific algorithm that take all qualifications into account.
