Recently renovated and redecorated 1920s craftsman house is "charming" but with all modern conveniences. It's a GORGEOUS historic downtown 2-BD, 1 BA furnished yellow craftsman bungalow, called "Bluff Hollow," in central Boulder, 5 minute drive to the famous Pearl Street Mall, restaurants, grocery stores, CU Boulder, and all of downtown Boulder.
High ceilings and hardwood floors. Open-floor-plan-feeling.
Livingroom has a flagstone (real log) fireplace, huge leather sofa, coffee table and 55" TV with an Apple TV. Best internet possible - 100 Mbps fiber optic.
Dining room has a custom-made cherry table that seats up to 6.
The adorable "foodie's" kitchen is equipped with everything, including a retro-modern canary yellow stove and fridge, Carrara marble countertops, brand-new double-drawer dishwasher, and breakfast bar.
The first bedroom is pretty and cozy-feeling with a huge and luxurious Cal King Anthropologie "forest canopy" bed (brand new pillowtop mattress!), cute bedside tables and chest of drawers, closet with iron and ironing board, mirrors, A/C, ceiling fan, high ceiling and hardwood floor.
The second bedroom is really 1.5 rooms and is fully carpeted - the larger side of the room has a King bed with a memory foam mattress topper, and leads to a partially-divided-off smaller room that has a twin bed with a new mattress. Coved ceilings, in-room AC unit, big desk and new ultra-comfy chair, lots of windows, and full of light in the morning.
The bathroom is sparkling clean, and has vintage-stye tile floor, white subway tile and bead-board walls, and a full-sized bathtub with shower head.
Nice full-size washer and dryer.
Sit on the porch in the comfy Adirondack chairs, eat dinner on the outdoor table and chairs, enjoy the huge yard, have a picnic under the tall trees.
Park in the private driveway or on the street in front. Or, there are several B-Cycle racks (for cheap bike rentals) nearby, and an excellent bike path that leads to the extensive bike path system in Boulder about a block away.

We wouldn't live anywhere else!! "
