This fully furnished home offers a first rate indoor/outdoor living experience.
A few of the features of this home include a step-out deck in the great room, a 200 square foot deck off the kitchen and a 30 foot patio downstairs. The great room has 14 foot ceilings and has a window seat to see the action of the Channel Islands Harbor. The master bedroom, also on the second floor has a cal-king size bed, and offers views of the harbor. The laundry room is adjacent to the pantry and kitchen on the second floor. This is one of the few homes at the beach that offers air conditioning.

Two bedrooms are located on the first floor along with a luxurious bathroom with a insulated soaking tub and fireplace. One bedroom has a queen size bed and a large window viewing the harbor. The second bedroom has two XL twin bunk beds. The patio has a seating area and a tournament size ping pong table. Don't miss the chance to get to live in this beautiful long term vacation rental!
