People do look out for their neighbors so itā€™s rather safe for kids to be able to bike around. Their is a skate park nearby & good schools. It was the perfect place for my late family to be close while still having their own space but Iā€™m ready to let another family have my house so it can be full of family again! "

We watch out for each other but also mindful of privacy. I do have to use my car to run errands. The downtown is well thought out except for a shortage of parking which makes it difficult to attend town green events. Windsor has grown a lot since '92 it has become a great place to live."

    "Our dad moved here after our mom died in 2007. He immediately fell in love with the location, neighborhood and his neighbors. He was fortunate to live there for 6.5 years. He felt so comfortable in his home, and we knew that his fantastic neighbors always kept an eye out for him. All of the homes are neat, clean and well maintained. The people are friendly. If you don't want to get involved - no one pushes you, but they do look out for each other. That was also another blessing for my family and me. They have started a neighborhood watch program which I think is wonderful."
