The house: its a 3 bedroom with 3 bathroom single family house.

Your room: One furnished bedroom ( 13.5 x 15 ) + private bathroom.

You: Full time employed, clean/neat, responsible and reliable person.

Utility: I will take care of internet, water and garbage bills also half of electric/gas bill ( you will pay 1/2 of PGE bill )

I am looking for a short term rental, from Nov to March next year ( 2027 ). I also can be flexible if you want to extend extra month or shorter one month. No pet, no drug and no heavy alcohol.

I am looking for someone from Nov, 2026 - March or April 2027. its about 5 to 6 month lease.

    "Great parks & plenty of ways to stay active! Homes are a good value & perfect for a family. The town has almost everything you need so you don’t have to leave often. People do look out for their neighbors so it’s rather safe for kids to be able to bike around. Their is a skate park nearby & good schools. It was the perfect place for my late family to be close while still having their own space but I’m ready to let another family have my house so it can be full of family again! "

    "I have lived in Windsor since 1992, in the Foothills subdivision. I like my neighborhood as it's very quiet and pretty plus our neighbors are friendly and considerate. We watch out for each other but also mindful of privacy. I do have to use my car to run errands. The downtown is well thought out except for a shortage of parking which makes it difficult to attend town green events. Windsor has grown a lot since '92 it has become a great place to live."

    "Our dad moved here after our mom died in 2007. He immediately fell in love with the location, neighborhood and his neighbors. He was fortunate to live there for 6.5 years. He felt so comfortable in his home, and we knew that his fantastic neighbors always kept an eye out for him. All of the homes are neat, clean and well maintained. The people are friendly. If you don't want to get involved - no one pushes you, but they do look out for each other. That was also another blessing for my family and me. They have started a neighborhood watch program which I think is wonderful."
