OPPORTUNITY KNOCKING in the highly sought after Wekiva AREA. AWESOME 4 bedroom 3 bathroom ONE LEVEL SCREENED POOL home on one of the LARGEST LOTS in Wekiva JUST BECAME AVAILABLE. Large well lite dedicated OFFICE/ CRAFT room or 5th bedroom with access to a full bathroom. HIGHLY RATED SCHOOLS. Short WALK to WEKIVA ELEMENTARY School. New double pane, gas filled large windows provide a QUIET, BRIGHT and OPEN FLOOR PLAN feeling. Many UPGRADES from solid core interior doors to UPGRADED BATHROOMS to even attic flooring. Two of the bedrooms share a small courtyard. Home has a current 4 point inspection for insurance and has been re-piped. Second HUGE Master bedroom is currently being used as a Media Room. Little touches include built in ceiling speakers in the kitchen, Living Room and outside with central controls in the Media Room central control deck. For EXTRA SECURITY there are lots of SECURITY CAMERAS in and around the home. Propane tank for the POOL HEATER and grill hook up. For added strength around the home we have double posted fences and cement filled pool screen supports. I believe Wekiva is a great place to live. I've lived here for 27 years and enjoy the parks, golf course, tennis courts, sense of community and the 25 miles of TRAILS that run thru the Community. We're close to shops, Food Markets, restaurants, major highways and several STATE PARKS. Close to the major highways allowing for a great 'jumping off' point.

"I don’t know, I’m always working so I don’t go out much except to eat, But there is a dog park and there’s a baseball park a few of them and there’s a skateboard park and then you have to get out on the main road 79 two or 434 to get to any restaurants or anything like that. All in all it’s a safe neighborhood with nice people, you wave, they wave back, there have been some car break-ins but the police department got that under control real quick. I’ve lived here 4 years and it’s been a good experience."
