The Chugach State Park abuts the 1.3 acre property. You will also have one garage to park the car inside, and one garage for use as an Arctic Entry to get out of, and store, your gear. The outbuilding with an additional 1000+sq. ft, with 2 ADDITIONAL GARAGE SPACES, workshop area, and large loft and bathroom.

    "The roads are ROUGH in the winter! People say it’s well maintained, but the road gets VERY narrow, and there is so much snow sometimes the plows won’t get to the side streets until well after 10am. Good luck getting to work! You definitely need 4wd and good winter tires or studs!"
