This location is hard to beat and is central to lots of shops, dining, and an AppalCart stop. Outside you'll find a flat, open yard to enjoy in nice weather. Because of the location, a floodplain acknowledgment must be signed prior to lease signing

Inside the home, find a bright kitchen equipped with plenty of storage space, and rich hardwood floors throughout the bedrooms and living room. Each bedroom has a ceiling fan and a large window to let in plenty of sunlight. One bathroom features a tiled tub/shower combo, while the other has a stand-alone shower stall, and outside you'll find the full-size stacked washer/dryer.

Jointly leased, the security deposit is typically the same amount as the rent. A $200 administrative fee is due upon lease signing. Utilities are the responsibility of the tenant with yard care included in the monthly rent. Heat source is electric baseboard, no AC. This home is pet friendly, so bring your furry friend along! There is a non-refundable pet fee and monthly pet rent for each approved pet. Age and breed restrictions apply. Ask your leasing representative for more information prior to submitting the application.

    "I am a biz owner here & have seen things change dramatically in past 12 years. No long-term rental housing unless you are a student or uber-wealthy, and you don't own a pet. Completely over-saturated with corporate-owned, short-term Air BnB's & VRBO's. Summer traffic is unreal along with roadwork. Tourists can be incredibly rude & the Mack trucks, semis & loggers on the 2-lane highways are dangerous. Need to own a helicopter or be one of the uber-wealthy who has access to the golf club heli to & from the airport. "

In those neighborhoods, it is much more necessary to have a car. But I’m all areas, everyone is cautious of walkers, and I always have felt safe walking my dog, both at night and during the day (even as a female). "
