You'll feel as though you have your own private oasis right in the heart of downtown Boone. Home comes furnished with beds and furniture. It is ready to be lived in - truly just bring your linens and personal items - fully stocked!

No Pets. Interior fireplaces are not functional. You are welcome to use the outdoor fireplace and firepit.

Enjoy the newly designed gourmet kitchen & dreamy master suite equipped with a soaking tub. 2 car driveway, located in a quiet neighborhood (garage is not included with rental)

Our mountain getaway was recently remodeled to include fresh paint, brand new kitchen, new windows, master bath and new laundry room. Each space in the house is decorated to feel simple and inviting - a touch of boho and lots of sunny windows make the house feel cozy all year long. There are two brick fireplaces in the home - they are not suitable for indoor fires at this time. The back patio and terraced yard is a quiet retreat that feels like a gem within the downtown area. The back patio includes a full size outdoor dining table, two fire pit areas with additional seating.

Please keep in mind that our home is located in a neighborhood so large gatherings or parties are not a good fit here. Home is perfect for a visiting professor/two grad students or a small family. This rental is zoned for no more than 2 unrelated people. We prefer to rent for 11 months during the app state school year (August thru June). Driveway provides private, off-street parking for 2 cars.

Completely over-saturated with corporate-owned, short-term Air BnB's & VRBO's. Summer traffic is unreal along with roadwork. Tourists can be incredibly rude & the Mack trucks, semis & loggers on the 2-lane highways are dangerous. Need to own a helicopter or be one of the uber-wealthy who has access to the golf club heli to & from the airport. "
