Any repairs needed that is caused by Tenant neglect/negligence will be charged to the tenant (i.e toy or sanitary products caused a blockage in a toilet/sewer line; excess hair clogs in a shower line. any object or food stopping up the garbage disposal.
Absolutely no smoking in the house. Any evidence of such will result in loss of security deposit and possible premature end of lease.
The Landlord only warrants serviceability of the following appliances: air conditioner, electric water heater, range/oven, dishwater, refrigerator, washer and dryer.
Tenant will alert landlord if any faucets or water supply is leaking as soon as possible.
Tenant is not permitted to work on or repair vehicles on the premises. All vehicles must be registered, insured, and in operational condition.
Tenants will respect all neighbors and following HOA rules provided by Landlord.
